How Do Gift Vouchers Work?

Once you’ve chosen the value of your gift voucher and clicked ‘Purchase’ you will have the following options:

1. You can choose whether a gift voucher is emailed straight to the recipient or to your email address

2. You can leave a personal message to add to your gift voucher.

Once the email has been received (only takes a few minutes), the recipient can redeem the value of the gift voucher by typing in the unique code, provided in the email, at checkout.

Spending the Gift Voucher

If the recipient of the gift voucher doesn’t spend the full amount in one purchase, then the remaining balance is stored in their account ready for another future purchase. After the gift voucher is partly redeemed, the recipient will be notified of their remaining balance in their order email. Their remaining balance can be redeemed by simply adding the same unique code at checkout when placing their next order.
